TP20 este o proba de tip touch-trigger alcatuita din corpul traductorului si un modul detasabil conectat prin intermediul unui cuplaj magnetic repetabil, care faciliteaza schimbarea configuratiei de palpare – in mod manual sau automat – fara a fi nevoie de recalificarea probei.

Traductorul TP200 utilizează traductoare de micro-tenzosensori pentru a oferi repetabilitate excelentă și măsurarea precisă sub forma 3D chiar și cu palpatoare lungi.
Tehnologia senzorilor oferă repetabilitate submicronice și elimină caracteristicile lobing întâmpinate cu traductori cinematice. Statutul electronic solid ASIC în cadrul traductorului asigura o funcționare fiabilă a peste milioane de puncte de trigger.
TP200B folosește aceeași tehnologie ca și TP200, dar a fost proiectat pentru a avea toleranta mai mare la vibrații. Acest lucru ajută la depășirea problemei generării de declanșare “aer”, care pot să apară la vibrațiile transmise prin CMM sau atunci când se utilizează palpatori lungi cu viteze mai rapide de poziționare.
Vă rugăm să rețineți că noi nu recomandăm utilizarea de TP200B cu modulul LF sau cotit / stele de palpatori.
